Each year, thousands of discarded toothbrushes and other oral care product packaging end up in Australian landfills. Bupa Dental is committed to minimising waste and helping create a better environment for us all to enjoy.
We believe that small actions, when combined, can make a real difference to the health of our planet. That’s why we’ve partnered with Colgate and TerraCycle to recycle your everyday dental care items, which will be repurposed into useful new products like garden furniture and playground equipment.
Simply drop your toothbrushes, plastic packaging and other dental waste into our recycle bins, and it will be on its way towards a new lease of life.
Introducing our partners
TerraCycle is an innovative waste management company with a mission to eliminate the idea of waste. We partner with leading consumer product companies, retailers and communities to recycle products and packaging that would otherwise end up in the landfill or incinerated.
Colgate believes that building a circular economy, where industrial products and packaging can be recycled and reused, is an important part of a sustainable future. As a truly global consumer products company, Colgate is committed to doing business with integrity and respect for all people and the world around us.
